Lee Harper's Goalkeeping Academy

Lee has coached my son Freddie for about three years and his improvement has been huge which is all down to Lee. Lee teaches the correct techniques and these help the keepers to develop their confidence which is evident during matches. He creates a great atmosphere at the training sessions and all of the keepers fully respect him and are 100% there to learn. I have and will continue to recommend Lee to anyone.

My son Tom has been coached by Lee for 4 years now and has developed immensely under his coaching.methods. Lee teaches what needs to be learned to deal with match day situations rather than just running around cones and jumping over hurdles like many coaches teach. Over the years Lee's training has got him noticed by scouts as he has had trials at Luton Town, Northampton Town, Barnet and Cambridge United, he was offered "shadow squad" at all of them but chose to stay with Lee as his coaching is better than what was on offer at those clubs and is confident that he has made the right choice as we are aware that a number clubs are looking at him. Tom is at Semi pro club St NeotsTown FC who play in the Evo Stick Southern Premier League at present.

My son James has been training with Lee for a number of years and thoroughly enjoys the sessions. Lee instils confidence in the youngsters and helps them develop routines through fun and competitive tasks. All the young goalies that attend Lee's sessions have made significant progress. My son is only 6 years old and new to goalkeeping. Lee and his well-organised team have made him feel part of the setup and already taught him some good basic skills in a short space of time. I would highly recommend Lee Harper Goalkeeper training.

I started with Lee age 11 when i was playing for my local side Silverstone Racers. Within 2 years with Lee's training I was picked up by Luton Town at the age of 13. I started in the centre of excellence and within 2 months i was into the academy with the help of Lee. His training provides match day scenario's as well as developing technique through every aspect of goalkeeping. When i started with Lee i could not use my left foot however with his help over the course of a couple of years we got it to the standard it needed to be. I currently play for Brackley Town. Thoroughly recommend Lee's training.

My son, Jason, first started goalkeeper training with Lee 6 years ago. He spent approximately 2 years with Lee before being picked up by Northampton Town FC Development Team and received Manager's Player of the Year in his first season. The following season he went on to the Elite Team and spent 2 and a half years there before leaving to join the top youth football team in the County, Corby Diamonds, which also meant he could go back to train with Lee and has now been back with him for the last 2 years. Since being back with Lee Jason has, with Corby Diamonds, won the treble the last two seasons and it is only with thanks to Lee for getting him back to his best. Jason has also been helping Lee with the young keepers training sessions which has been giving him the benefit of Lee's expertise. Jason has recently joined Corby Town FC Academy U16s and has been man of the match on 3 occasions this season and received very positive comments from opposing team's managers with regards to his goalkeeping ability. Jason has played for Corby Town FC U18s and regularly trains with the first team. I would highly recommend Lee to anyone looking for top goalkeeper coaching from someone who has had many years of experience between the sticks at all levels. Lee is very approachable and is always willing to help, give advice and pass on his wealth of experience to young keepers.

Lee delivers the best goalkeeping sessions around. His enthusiasm and passion for the game is passed onto his pupils encouraging them to develop and progress within the sport. More importantly everyone enjoys it!

My son Jacob Wood (Woody) is now 17 and has been with Lee for the last 7 years. There have been all the usual ups and downs with trials at Brentford, Leicester,and MK Dons, not quite working out, however Lee was always there to carry on teaching not only the physical skills but also how to cope with the mental challenges. Woody is now in demand locally playing semi-pro for Olney Town, U21 for Kettering Town, First team Academy at Moulton College and U18 for Willen. Whenever Woody has a big match I ask him how he is feeling, he always feels confident because he has learnt the correct technique which is purely down to Lee.

My now 10 year old son has been recieving coaching from Lee for 1 1/2 years and has grown in confidence 10 fold - in fact seeing the change from a shy/meek child to a confident individual who excels under pressure in what's probably the most difficult position on pitch. He is also recieving lots of attention from scouts at several well known clubs. I thourouly believe a big percentage of growth, improvement, confidence and technical understanding has come from Mr Harpers coaching.

My son Tommy has been attending Lee's coaching sessions for around 3 years and he has progressed immensely. No Two sessions are the same. Lee teaches the boys discipline and respect whilst also having fun. Tommy enjoys the sessions as Lee teaches real life situations the boys face on match days. Tommy is currently signed on playing under18 and under 23 football for a semi professional club in London and he is still only 15 years old. None of which would have been possible without Lee's expertise and knowledge.
