Lee Harper's Goalkeeping Academy

Since joining Lee 3 years ago Ethan has grown in both ability and confidence. Other managers have mentioned about the techniques he uses and have said you can tell he has been trained well! Would recommend Lee to any budding Goalkeepers.

My son Tom is 11. He started playing football aged 8. He set out to be a goalkeeper. Tim Howard was his hero. My wife and I decided to source some professional goalkeeper coaching and we were lucky enough that Lee ran an academy in Northampton. I remember my opening words to Lee, I said "your goal is to get him into Everton's first team". He replied, "I can do better than that, I'll get him into Arsenal's" My son Tom has progressed at an astonishing rate and has since been coached by coaches from Northampton Town and Leicester City. I truly believe that it was Lee that set Tom on his way. He has instilled basic disciplines that will remain with Tom forever. As his first coach, Lee's influence on Tom is noticeable. Other coaches always comment on how natural he looks in goal, the way he moves, the way he catches the ball. "He just looks like a goalkeeper" one coach commented. Whatever Tom achieves in his football, we will always be grateful to Lee. Lee's sessions are always professional, well structured, well disciplined and fun. Tom still looks forward to his sessions with Lee and he is very proud when Lee uses Tom as one of his now more "experienced" young keepers to demonstrate key skills.
